Surprise Tracker

Totally Accountable Software had the vision to democratize the access to people management tools regularly used at larger companies – making it possible for different level of management to track and impact the performance of employees across different departments. The solution was to be easily accessible, fast and intuitive, with special attention paid to make the experience as seamless as possible across platforms. I designed and co-developed an extensive data entry, overview and export flow, ensuring the whole system is scalable – in case different employers wanted to extend the number of tracked parameters. The user role system allowed for the creation of various levels of administration – allowing Totally Accountable Software and their clients to regulate access with ease. An additional feature was introduced at a later point with the goal of increasing engagement with the system, which allowed the sharing of status updates over social networks.
